Module 1

The Formula.

A prompt is just your instructions. Vague in, vague out. The fix is structure — and there's a formula that works every single time:

Act as a [role]. Help me [goal].
My audience is [audience]. Tone: [tone].
Give me [format].

Break it down

Role — who you want the AI to be: strategist, copywriter, no-excuses coach.
Goal — the exact outcome you want.
Audience — who it's for (changes everything).
Tone — how it should sound: warm, bold, funny, premium.
Format — what you want back: a list, a table, 3 options, a script.

✅ "Act as a social strategist. Write 3 IG captions for my candle launch. Audience: busy moms. Tone: warm + a little funny. Give me a soft CTA on each."

Rule of thumb: more context = better output. Don't be shy — the details you'd give a great assistant are the details the AI needs.

Make it sound like you.

The #1 complaint about AI? "It sounds generic." That's because it doesn't know you yet. Here's how to fix it.

Feed it your voice

Paste samples: "Here are 3 things I've written: [paste]. Match this voice."
Describe it: "Warm, direct, a little playful. Confident, never corporate."
Set boundaries: "No jargon, no clichés, no 'in today's fast-paced world.'"
The classic: "Sound like me, not a resume."

Build a voice persona

You are my brand voice. Here's how I write: [paste 2–3 samples].
From now on, write everything in this voice.

Reuse that at the start of a chat and everything after it lands in your tone.

Remember: your personality is the magic. AI hands you the clay — you bring the taste. That combo is what makes it sound like a baddie wrote it.

Build your prompt library.

Stop rewriting prompts from scratch. Turn your winners into reusable templates and learn the moves that get premium results.

Templatize with [brackets]

Give me 10 content hooks about [topic] that stop the scroll — confident, useful, not cringe.

Swap the bracket each time. Save the ones that work in a note — that's your vault.

Iterate like a pro

"Make it shorter / more confident / less salesy."
"Give me 3 versions, different angles."
"What am I missing?"

Advanced moves

Show examples (few-shot): "Here are 2 good ones — write 5 more like these."
Ask for options: never settle for the first draft.
Role-play critique: "Act as a skeptical customer and poke holes in this."
Chain it: use one output as the input for the next step.

The baddie move: a small library of 10 great prompts beats 1,000 random ones. Collect, refine, reuse.
