The fine print — no gotchas.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Baddie Academy AI at baddieacademyai.com and any courses, tools, workshops, community, or content we offer (the "Service"). The Service is operated by St. Clair Studios, a sole proprietorship based in Ohio, USA ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live, for purchases) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. What the Service is — and isn't

Baddie Academy provides general education about using AI, along with practice tools and workshops. Our content — including anything touching money, career, business, legal, or personal topics — is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional financial, legal, tax, medical, or other individualized advice, and we don't guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome. For decisions specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional. You're responsible for how you use what you learn.

4. Your account & progress

Much of the Service is free and requires no account. Where you provide an email, keep it accurate. Your on-site progress (XP, badges, saved items) is stored in your own browser; clearing your browser data will clear it. You're responsible for activity that happens through your device or email.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, share, or redistribute our paid content or downloads without permission;
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• Attempt to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Misrepresent yourself or infringe anyone's rights.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — courses, text, tools, designs, graphics, and the Baddie Academy and St. Clair Studios names and logos — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. When you buy or access content, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share it. Prompts and work you create using what you learn are yours.

7. Purchases, pricing & billing

Some workshops and a membership are (or will be) available for purchase. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. "Founding" rates are limited-time and may change for future customers. Where billing isn't yet enabled, "join" actions simply add you to a waitlist and don't charge you. When paid checkout is live, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the amount shown. Memberships renew on the stated cadence until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period.

8. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy: if you're not satisfied with a workshop or membership purchase, email contact@baddieacademyai.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Third-party tools & links

The Service references and links to third-party AI tools and websites (like ChatGPT, Claude, and others). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms and privacy policy.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, St. Clair Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
