Who we are

Baddie Academy AI ("Baddie Academy," "we," "us") is an online learning platform operated by St. Clair Studios, a sole proprietorship based in Ohio, USA. Information you give us

When you take the AI Readiness Assessment, join our waitlist, register for a workshop, or contact us, you may give us:

• Your first name (optional) and email address.
• Any message or request you choose to send us.
• Your responses within our free interactive tools and courses.

You don't need to create a password or account to use the free site. Your course progress, XP, and badges are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) on the device you use — not on our servers — unless a future account feature says otherwise.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This includes:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage, pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session insights (heatmaps and playback) to see where the site confuses people so we can fix it.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect your IP address and interactions. You can learn more at Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.

How we use your information

• To run the site and give you the free content, tools, and assessment results you asked for.
• To send you the emails you signed up for — a welcome, your learning path, and founding-member updates about workshops and membership.
• To respond to your questions.
• To measure and improve the site, content, and experience.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send you spam.

Email

We send email using Resend (our email delivery provider). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing contact@baddieacademyai.com. We'll still send essential messages related to something you purchased.

Who we share it with

We share limited information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only so they can perform their service:

• Email delivery (Resend) — to send the emails you signed up for.
• Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) — to understand and improve usage.
• Our own internal customer records system (used to manage our relationship with you).

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable business and legal purposes, or until you ask us to delete it. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices & rights

• Access, correct, or delete your information — email contact@baddieacademyai.com and we'll take care of it.
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
• Opt out of analytics via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out.
• Clear your local progress by clearing your browser's site data.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as under GDPR or CCPA). Email us and we'll honor applicable requests.

Children

Baddie Academy is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be announced by email.
